It's a challenge to relax and be yourself in todays demanding society. That's why we offer you 'food for your soul' on board our spacious and comfortable ship. Long weekends, workshops and refreshers filled with mindfulness, mindful yoga, TRE (Tension Releasing Exercises) and / or breath work.


For how great it is:

We embark with small groups of 4 to 6 guests so we can provide real quality, during our trainings and beyond.

Within the soul program you'll have ample time for a swim, a walk, to chill or visit one of the 'Wadden' isles (Vlieland and/or Terschelling).
