Breathwork circle
I would like to invite you to a breathing circle in which you do connected breathwork, enhanced with a cacao ceremony.
Do you need peace, grounding, and deepening? Come visit 'Marie.' In her 'womb,' she carries you, gently cradles you, and will support you in your healing process.

Pauline: 'When I arrived at Isabel's, I was in 'go, go' mode. I thought: just take a breath, and then let's do some shopping, go home, cook and then do the administration. Who would have thought that so much would come undone that all I could do was listen to my own deep sadness? Isabel reassured me and said that it was a good thing that sadness was being released. Her voice and warm hands calmed me down and in the end she turned out to be right: the breathing work now makes me feel ten times lighter!'

Time: 7:30 PM - 22:00 PM - Location: sailing vessel 'Marie', Werfkade 4, Amsterdam Noord (NDSM)
- Bring: warm loose-fitting clothing (layers), warm socks and a bottle of water
- Advise: eat a light meal beforehand and preferable no coffee

How do I get to 'Marie'?
'Marie' is located in Amsterdam Marina, next to Loetje aan het IJ. Accessible by ferry to NDSM from Central Station or Pontsteiger. Accessible by bus, stop Stenendokweg. Parking is available in the nearby parking garages or on the street (free parking during the day, as per 7pm €1.66 per hour).
