Qi Gong

(pronounced: tsjie ghong, Qi means energy, Gong means life) is a part of Chinese teachings, with which physical and mental health can be maintained and improved.
With silky soft exercises, all parts of the body, especially the organs, are addressed. Repeated movement and conscious breathing have a positive influence on the Qi and its distribution in the body.
In the West, Qi Gong is considered by many to be a New Age-like concept. In China, the existence of Qi is scientifically recognized and reproducible beneficial effects of Qi Gong have been established.

For whom?

Qi Gong is for everyone. It is not a sport or gymnastics, the exercises are simple and manageable for everyone. A session with us lasts about 20 minutes, is also great for at home, and the power lies in the intention and repetition.
